1.血容量不足

2.心力衰竭
心力衰竭时心脏泵血能力减弱，每次射出的血液量减少，此时为了维持脑部供血，心脏会代偿性地加快心跳次数，以增加心脏排出量，从而出现舒张期压力降低的情况。改善心肌重构和心率控制是主要治疗方法。如使用美托洛尔片、比索洛尔片等β受体拮抗剂进行治疗。

These procedures aim at restoring blood flow to the affected kidney by widening or bypassing the narrowed segment.
