1.甲状腺功能减退
甲状腺功能减退是由于甲状腺组织被破坏导致甲状腺激素分泌不足所致。患者可能出现体重增加、疲劳、皮肤干燥和脱发等症状。
2.甲状腺毒症
甲状腺毒症是由于甲状腺产生过多甲状腺激素引起的高代谢状态。典型症状包括心悸、焦虑、失眠、多汗和腹泻等。
3.淋巴结转移
Lymph node metastasis occurs when cancer cells spread to nearby lymph nodes, and the body's immune system responds by increasing the size of these nodes.The enlarged lymph nodes may cause discomfort or difficulty swallowing, and if left untreated, can lead to further spread of the cancer.
4.气管受压

5.声音嘶哑
Vocal cord paralysis is often associated with advanced stages of thyroid cancer when the recurrent laryngeal nerve is invaded or compressed by the tumor.Patients may experience sudden onset of hoarse voice, loss of vocal range, or even complete loss of ability to speak.
